So happy I finished this before 12... oh wait I didn't. Started at 11:58pm and just finished at 2:32am. 2 and a half hours. Alright.
Okay. PINKIE'S. FACE. IS. AMAZING, I adore this. I had to vector it. Today's episode was awesome :3 I really loved everything in it, and the humour was good, too
I added a transparent mask at the bottom, I just hate when vectors abruptly cut off.
Not much else to say tonight, sorry for not throwing a vector out last week, just didn't have the time to finish one! (I am half done it, though
)

You asked for a critique so here it is. ^^
It arrears that you have a layering issue, and fill issue, and then what looks to be a subtract from path maybe masking issue.
Here's the three things in an image, [link]
On Pinkies hair her body stroke is just above her hair fill.
Then the fill to the lower part of Rarity's mane the fill layer isn't all the way under the hair stroke.
Then on the bottom part of Rarity's horn there is a small line in it. Not sure what that might be.
Hup! I took another look and it looks like you used a mask to clip the face group to show her hair but the clipping path got moved down somehow and clipped the horn as well as show some transparency on the top of the ear. The ear stroke is also going over the hair. Here's a pic: [link]
